+ RDF is a W3C Recommendation

Whether to go RDF or schema.org is the question really? My belief is that you had better follow the search engines. The idea to (auto) add metadata is great though.
sounds awesome! this would for sure be a great feature.

Recently the site of Kosson LIS community - http://www.kosson.ro/ - received touch of Schema.org inspired by your talk Ruth. I have defined some structural elements of the site and marked the individual articles.
All has been done through templates overrides of the modules and a bit of a tweak in the vote pluggin.
Thank you for your time and for your experiments that gave me curage to pick on this road.

There is a GSOC project which will be looking at this important area! Hurrah! In the meantime I've done a few talks about microdata and using it within Joomla if you're interested - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JGQLpLmuQ60 at the Joomla! World Conference and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T6Fkb86QtRQ was just last week at J and Beyond :)
