Not "ignore character" which is now done, and not simple ö -> o but ö -> oe.

ä -> ae
ß -> ss

č -> c
đ -> dj

This is a trivial table and some lines of code. (well Drupal have this trivia automatic and table inside too)

This is from immense help, when you simple want text to be publish, and have correct alias.
